Return & Warranty Policy

Wholesale orders: defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt with photo/video evidence. We provide replacements, spare parts or credit notes per agreement.

OEM orders: warranty terms are defined in the Sales Contract per product.

Logistics damage is handled jointly with the appointed carrier and insurance provider.
